Mapua Estuary

Located on an estuary-side section this 4 bedroom dwelling maximised valuable site coverage with resource consent and perfect positioning.  Built for the sun and outdoor living that the Nelson region affords.

A large central kitchen with over-sized door joinery invites the beach environment in, with detailed ceilings and finishes and timber herringbone floors. We are proud of this one!

Hart Rise Dwelling

A contemporary show home with a coastal and beachy vibe, for Homes by Orange. Small yet perfectly formed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, double garage maximises space with innovative design.

A townhouse maximising coverage on a very small 330sqm section is a clever take on what can be achieved on a lighter footprint.

Katania Heights

A three-level home on a steep and tricky site. Considered positioning of the dwelling enabled all rooms to enjoy expansive views from the ranges to the sea whilst still connecting back to the central living wing.

A family retreat in an amazing location. From the village this home nestles into the hill suiting it’s natural environment.

Brief to combine a smart and efficient two level office space along with storage for large harvesters and equipment was realized in a box shape building.

Nestled in the beautiful Nelson/Tasman district, we grow 46 hectares of delicious boysenberries, making us the largest boysenberry farm in New Zealand. Not only do we supply fresh berries, our boysenberries are also made into puree, IQF, block frozen, concentrate and freeze-dried powder.
